Terms of service

Please read carefully
before requesting a commission!

GENERAL INFORMATION
▲ By ordering a commission, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
▲ I have the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request.

(Furry, Armors and similar are open to negotiation.)PAYMENT
▲ The payment must be made beforehand through PayPal.
▲ You're given a week to make the payment after your commission is accepted.WORKFLOW PROCESS
▲ Commissions may take between 2~4 weeks.
▲ A couple of sketches will be sent to you to get a general idea of the commission. You can request up to 2 modifications during this stage.
▲ Once the sketch is approved, an extra update will be sent mid-process. Only a couple of minor modifications will be allowed after that (Additional changes will be charged, varying on the complexity of the modifications requested).
▲ A simple background will be added without extra charge if it suits the request.
▲ The final piece will be sent as a .png to you via e-mail.REFUNDS
▲ If the commission is cancelled by the commissioner while it's in the sketch phase, the refund will be 50% of the full payment.
▲ No refunds will be given for a completed or nearly completed commission (after the lineart stage).
▲ If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
▲ Some specific cases WON'T get a refund regardless of the state of the artwork, being the following:
- The commissioner continually fails to provide correct information, leading to severe missunderstandings.
- The inability to contact the commissioner for further information or for delivering the WIPs & the commission itself.
- The commissioner fails to comply other aspects of the Terms of Service.PERMISSIONS
